ROLE DETAILS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and managing appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the CEO, expertly filtering and managing a high volume of internal and external communications via email and Microsoft Teams.
- Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
- Use innovative thinking to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency for the CEO’s office.
- Conduct proactive research and compile comprehensive reports on a broad range of topics to inform the CEO’s decision-making.
- Assist in special projects and company-wide initiatives, taking a hands-on approach to drive successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving by anticipating the CEO’s needs and addressing issues before they arise.
- Leverage knowledge of AI tools to enhance productivity, task management, and data analysis for the executive office.
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks, demonstrating exceptional multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Preference given to current university students or recent graduates with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
COMMUNICATION
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident demeanor.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, with particular expertise in Outlook, Teams, and the Office suite.
TIME MANAGEMENT & MULTITASKING
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively under pressure.
INNOVATIVE MINDSET
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and suggest innovative solutions to improve processes.

MULTILINGUAL
Proficiency in additional languages, especially English, Pashto, Dari, and French/German, is a plus.
